Proposal of old rules with new rules[]
If you break three of these rules in one day, you are eligible to be banned from chat for a day. Continued defiance of authority may result in further consequences at chat moderator's/admin's discretion.
- Remember the golden rule! And ALWAYS obey the chatmods/admins instructions, because they know what to do. You can avoid flamewars by not bringing up controversial topics in chat.
- Avoid spamming (copy-pasting text or links over and over). This includes writing in ALL CAPS and bringing up grievances from other sites (Ex: Hey, I vandalized his wiki yesterday...)
- Avoid profanity, especially in the public chat.
- While in private chat, it is not kickable nor bannable offense.
- Masked profanity (OFMG, LMAO, friking, f**k, etc) will be punished at the chatmod's discretion.
- If you break multiple rules in one chat session (one chat session is the time you actively chat from the time you get on to the time you get off.
- Requests for unbans WILL BE CONSIDERED! However, requests that are polite and sensible are most likely to be acted upon. The only exception to having an unban considered is if an admin, or multiple admin have informed you at least two times that your actions are punishable by no less then a permanent, or near-permaban.
- "Escaping" from chatmod's ban (leaving quickly after breaking three rules, so chatmod can not ban you) is not erased after a day. Your ban will be doubled instead.
- Any unlisted offensive behaviour is judged by the chat mod or admin.
- Chat unbans are judged by at least two chatmods or two administrators.
- There shall be no controversial topics and no user nor chatmod may curse or be indimidating.
- There shall be no racism within the chat and no talks of religion or sexuality.
- All chatmods must be active in the chat.
